Terms of Service
These terms are a draft prepared for review by the business owner and, where appropriate, a legal advisor. They should not be treated as final or binding until they have been reviewed and approved. Effective date: 8 October 2026 (draft).
1. About these terms
These terms set out the basis on which Vita AI Solutions Limited (registered in Ireland, CRO 821976) provides automation setup, management and support services to your business in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
2. Our services
We build and connect automation systems for local businesses, focused on missed call text-back, customer follow-up, customer reactivation, Google review automation and customer campaign automation.
3. Setup
A one-off setup fee is charged to build and connect your system. Where we manage the system for you, a clear monthly management fee is set up and agreed with you.
Our aim is to have your system live within 7 business days of setup. If your system is not live within 7 business days, your setup is free — this is our setup promise. If anything is not working as promised in the first 30 days, we fix it free, as many times as it takes.
4. Billing and monthly management
Setup fees are charged once. Monthly management fees are recurring and are billed in advance or as agreed with you. Prices are agreed with you before any work begins.

5. SMS and messaging charges
SMS usage and any additional messaging charges depend on text volume. Messaging costs are not included as unlimited within a fixed fee and will depend on how many messages your automations send.

6. No long contracts
We do not lock you into long-term contracts. Where you ask us to manage the system, a monthly management arrangement applies. This does not mean no terms apply — billing, cancellation and support terms still apply as set out here.
7. Cancellation
You can end monthly management at any time subject to the notice and terms agreed with you. Setup fees are one-off and are not refundable once work has begun, except where our setup promise applies.

8. Support
Support is on hand when you need help. Where we manage the system, we monitor and keep your automations running and are available to resolve issues as they come up.
9. Service limitations
We do not guarantee specific revenue results. Our services automate and improve how you follow up with and re-engage customers; outcomes depend on your business, your customers and your own activity.
